What a cracker of an early poster this is...taking a swipe at the red, white, and blue with the Family Dog Dude.

What I find interesting is that there is a lot of Americana laced through many of these anti-establishment poster images...the artists taking what they liked from our heritage and giving it a new twist.

This poster is a stunner for such an early effort and denotes the FIRST Family Dog gig at the famous Avalon Ballroom.

Staple holes in the corners, but otherwise perfect.
