This unique screenplay grew out of my creation of characters to promote Pecos Pete's Steak Flakes when I raised $2 million to launch them in the U.K. The characters were an instant hit with the public and the media alike as we toured the country performing humorous gunfights and appearing on every television and radio station in the U.K.

When Pecos Pete's Steak Flakes went under, due to inept management and Mad Cow Disease, Bart (Michael Wood) and I (Pecos) were booked for street events and performances all over the country, the characters were that popular. We had our own comic strip and television show, and more than one media exec over there said, "Quit horsing around here and get your ass to Hollywood! You've got a green-light winner."
